Environmental responsibility

Minimising our impact on the environment

We are committed to continuously improving environmental performance and policies.

By taking a strategic approach we strive to minimise the environmental effect of new and existing projects

Paper usage/Recycling

Since 2007 we have implemented a process to measure paper and printed matter. Recycling baskets have been placed and clearly marked in all offices, this is shredded and collected weekly by Green Dot Cyprus. The use of email especially for the receipt of faxes has been implemented and is encouraged by all staff.

Waste

Our offices have the designated waste bins that are approved by Green Dot for the recycling of PMD waste and glass.

 

Energy

All our offices are fitted with energy efficient light bulbs that are only in use when the offices are occupied. All staff are encouraged to switch off lights, computers, photocopiers and other electrical equipment at night.

Our company is also looking into the installation of solar photovoltaic panels for energy needs. This project is under study.

Fuel enhancement and Low Carbon Emission Vehicles

Our company is in the process of replacing our fleet with one of the main pre-requisites for the vehicles required is the low carbon emission.
